Conversion methods

Fraction → Decimal: divide numerator by denominator.  \(\frac{3}{8}=3\div8=0.375\)

Decimal → Fraction: write over appropriate power of 10, then simplify.  \(0.325=\frac{325}{1000}=\frac{13}{40}\)

% → Decimal: divide by 100.  \(76\%=0.76\)

Decimal → %: multiply by 100.  \(0.325=32.5\%\)

% → Fraction: write over 100, then simplify.  \(76\%=\frac{76}{100}=\frac{19}{25}\)
